For the paper authors, at least one author of each accepted paper is kindly requested to register at full rate before July 31 to have the paper included in the WSPLC proceedings.
Student registration requires proof of student status to be sent via email to wsplc2018@fe.uni-lj.si.
The registration includes:
- Access to the technical sessions,
- Workshop proceedings and material,
- Coffee breaks, two lunches, social event and dinner on September 24th.
Additional social event tickets can be purchased.
Authors need to register by July 31. The registration for other participants will be open until September 14th, 2018. It is kindly recommended to register as soon as possible to ease the organization of the social events, which are included with the goal of offering a pleasant and warm experience in your visit to Ljubljana.
Registration Fees
- Full and Author registration: 200.00 €
- Student registration: 150.00 €
- Additional tickets for the social event: 50.00 €
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by August 31, 2018. No other refund will be given after this date.

- Fill in the form with all the mandatory data.
- Select the proper registration category. IMPORTANT: at least one author per each paper must pay the full registration fee before July 31, in order to have the paper included in the WSPLC proceedings.
- If needed, additional social dinner tickets can be purchased (Optional).
- Registration fees will be payed via Money Transfer. Detailed information will be provided after Registration.
You will receive a confirmation email at the end of the registration procedure and also at the end of the payment session.
